All images taken will remain copyright of Juls Kean Photography(JKP) and are not to be used for commercial purposes other than those of which are agreed upon.(read Licence usage Fee) Any image that is presented on USB, disc or downloaded are licenced images and the copyright still remains with JKP. Any images used on various social media platforms or websites will need to be credited to JKP unless agreed otherwise prior to usage.
Public Liability Insurance - Yes
Bookings,Payments & Deposits
For billings over £200 a deposit of 25% will be invoiced beforehand.
Events - over £500 - 50%
Full payment of completed work is to be paid within 7 days.
Payments received 14 days after the initial invoice will receive a late payment fee. Unless a contract or payment term has been arranged.

Images or footage will not be released for download until full payment is received. You will be able to view & approve your images in the client gallery upon completion

Travel Expenses - If you are more than one hours distance away from my area charges are as follow
Per mile 80p
Per hour - £25
Prints & Digital Downloads can be purchased from JULS KEAN website within the client galleries or from JKP prints for sale page.
OTHER SERVICES
Personal printing, mounting & frame service along with other bespoke creative choices for your images.
